If you missed Women UNITE 2018 or just want to listen again to the messages given, you can go online HERE. Katie Brown of the Urban Refuge, Jenny Padgitt of Evergreen-New Hope, and Kelli Bosholm of Evergreen-Lakeville talked about how we see ourselves, how we think other people see us, and how God sees us. If you want to see the video mentioned in the audios, go HERE to see the preview.
The Children's Ministry spaces are getting a make-over/ renovation! We’re updating and improving some of the kids’ rooms. We’re also going to experiment with a new Check-In location. Let us know what you think! And thanks for your patience! Questions? Contact Pastor Jeff Groen, 612-250-3539.
Evergreen-Lakeville’s Trunk or Treat
Saturday, October 27, 5:00-7:00 PM, Evergreen-Lakeville. Instead of hosting the Harvest Carnival at Evergreen-Bloomington this year, we are joining with Evergreen-Lakeville’s "Trunk or Treat" event. And if you live south of the river, consider grabbing an invite card at the Welcome Table and inviting your neighbors! If you want to volunteer for this event, please contact Katherine Thovson.
8-week message series October 7-November 25
In the letters to the churches, Jesus exhorts all readers, “Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches.” The Spirit has something to say to us today! These letters are a call to authentic Christianity. Listeners will not remain indifferent. Please pick up the workbook to enhance your study and small group experience.
Looking for a fun and different way to get involved at church? Consider the Puppet Ministry, performing once a month for the 3-5 year olds. We’re looking for adult leaders and puppeteers: 11 years old +. No experience required—just a willingness to have fun. Contact Roz Allyson at 651-238-5559.
Though we appreciate them, every month, let’s make a point of letting them know in October!
