God tells us in Genesis 2:18 that “it is not good to be alone.” It is with others that we grow, love, serve, heal and develop our relationship with Christ. Connecting with others is the heart of our church.
The Care Ministry provides short-term support for members and attenders in a crisis situation such as illness, hospitalization, car accidents, job loss, death of family members, etc. Whether it is praying, providing meals, transportation, funeral planning, gifts and notes, visitation, cleaning, or longer term assistance, our Care Ministry volunteers are committed to helping you get through the hard times in your life.
Evergreen Español's goal is to reach, serve and support the Hispanic community in our area. We offer translation of the Sunday 11:15 a.m. service into Spanish, hold special events and activities to build community, and have small groups designed to help navigate multiple cultures. Contact Sergio Choy for more information or download the Evergreen Español brochure.
Men's 12-Step Recovery
In Jesus, there is always hope for healing. This group is designed for men with life-controlling behaviors. The group meets Monday nights from 7:00 - 8:30 pm.
God loves us and wants to shoulder life with us. Prayer shows our dependence on Him, and our invitation for His involvement. Join a small group to connect with others in prayer on a regular basis. Or, if you are in need of prayer, submit a prayer request at a weekend service or request a prayer online.
Special Needs Ministry
We offer respite care for children with special needs on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month at the 9:15 am service in Room 121.
Evergreen Women's Ministry is designed to provide opportunities through Bible studies, mentoring and special events for women to grow in their relationship with the Lord, develop friendships with one another, and use their gifts to serve their families, the church, and the world. For more information or to get involved, contact the Women's Ministry Director.
At Evergreen, it’s our goal to unleash a generation of young people who are passionate about their love for others, their faith and obedience to Jesus Christ, and their compassion for those in need. To engage, consider joining a young adults small group.
